pilates in the highlands

Based in The Cairngorms National Park, Cairngorm Pilates offers regular weekly classes, specialist one-to-one and small group sessions. Classes are held in various locations throughout the local area. One-to-one and small group sessions can be held at your own home or at a place convenient to you. Classes are kept small so that individual attention and consideration is always possible. If choosing the one-to-one option or a small group class, the session will be specifically tailored to your individual needs and requirements.

Led by Lucy Boyes, Cairngorm Pilates aims to deliver accessible, safe, feel good Pilates with a focus on working hard and thoughtfully within a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lucy is fully insured and qualified through The Pilates Foundation.

Lucy has helped me to restore the mobility of my lower back and greatly improved my posture, enabling me to continue kayaking and cycling with renewed energy despite my age!
— Philip, 1-1 client
I really enjoy the class, It’s the first time I’ve done Pilates, and I definitely feel my posture and fitness improving and in such an unthreatening environment.
